Felt more like 10k pace and when I finished despite speeding up a bit towards the end I felt I could have ran further. Had difficulty eating my bacon and sausage buttie because I couldn’t stop coughing. The run had loosened up the gunk. Happy with 16th overall and first MV 50-54
