Minimag
Thanks everyone, todays run was a bit better, I have taken every run at an easy pace this week (although perceived effort was hard due to the wind), so much so that garmin says I'm in recovery despite running 35 miles so far this week.

Good work Minimag as others have said winter training can be hard with the weather. I usually run a marathon in April and one in November. Training for each brings different challenges with the weather.
Enjoy the race when it comes

Windy from the south last night; dry with a quickly rising tide. Soggy underfoot by the lakes in parts and very little beach to work with after the baths. U-turn, trails & prom, and over the coastal park, before I met a chap I know looking for foxes - along with his 2 dogs - with a thermal imaging monocular! :)

62 min.

Really very enjoyable. Considering how good I always find early morning running, especially before work, I don't understand why I don't do it more often.

There were a lot of worms out on the pavements this morning, mostly dead ones.

A bit rubbish. It's windy out and I've got a grumpy knee.
