riggys99 Jan 2023 9:49pm, 14 Jan 2023 1,615 posts	0 riggys99 13 miles mainly along the chesterfield canal and around a lake just off the canal. Very muddy in places. Ran to lower end of long/medium long HR zone. Really nice run. Yoga and core done as well.

Boggier still by the lakes and park: the swans seemed to form a line perpendicular to the beach and facing the wind. No getting sandblasted tonight, even with 400 yds or so on the beach but then I retraced my setps back to the start. 1 hour. Quite enough!

A dusting of snow, enough to whiten the grass, light breeze and 1 deg C. Clear skies & a crescent moon. Down prom, docks, coastal park, a beach stretch, then return via baths, beach, prom & park. 61 min .
