I should think so, Bowman πΈπͺ, speedy! We had a but of sun here, though it was a bit windy and still very wet underfoot, so I had a bit of a gnarly trail run for 1:50 in the new Saucony Xodus Ultra. They were pretty good though not 100% on wet rock. The ankle collar is a bit high compared with Peregrines.

Looks lovely NordRunner! No many shoes are that good on wet rocks, I have some vibrams soles that works pretty good.

4 easy miles then 15 secs sprint and 1 min walk x 5. Really enjoyed this run today.

10 miles this morning, bit breezy along the prom running towards the world famous seacombe ferry. Diverted towards the world famous Birkenhead Park to get the distance in - thoroughly enjoyed it.

Well done all Out again this morning. Feeling positive and added a mile to my recent runs ( so 4.12m) . Itβs so good to look back on a week of runs and not an empty training log! |

I was slightly surprised my watch asked for a repeat of yesterday. I ran 15 km trails again, this time less technical, with NB Fresh Foam More v3 shoes - really comfy.

Got November started with a 5K this evening. Was a long day with lots of driving and a busy day at work so could have easily gave it a miss therefore Iβm happy to get it done
