Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

2nd half on tarmac and wind and rain had eased off. Back felt ok on run.

I haven't been able to run since Sunday and am now having dreams about running. I was on a 10k, it was 3 laps but it wasn't very well signposted or marshalled so I kept getting lost and missed the deadline to finish, which seemed harsh.

Hopefully running properly at the weekend...

Just over 4 miles done. First 2 miles HR and breathing all over the place and I was thinking about giving up but decided to plod on and the last 2 miles were fairly comfortable.

6.6 miles in the sun but a little chill in the air
Decided to do the run like a long run so did 1/4 mile surges at marathon pace every mile.
No problems with back when running but still a little stiff when walking especially if i have been sat for a while. Did some back stretching/strength work before run and will do some more later before work.

Some great running from all. Great work

Nipped away from the desk for a 5K this morning before a meeting. Ooo it’s getting cold in the morning! Fairly steady run with a bit of on the run route changing due to some flooded paths.

Another 4.5 miles. A better run today with more controlled breathing and HR. Enjoyed this run.
