Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

[Blizzard: YSP is one of the more inspired ideas for promoting art. My Mum's there....]

Last night: less sogginess but I still managed to find heavy going near the lakes. V quiet - some folk were sparring in a car park. Alongside the Freeport and up the beach from the sea wall, returning by firm trails // to the prom. 51 mins.

9 miles bit slower than planned. Vinnie 🦮 stood between me and the door when I was heading by out so took him and he decided on the pace 🤷‍♂️

Wet & windy. Vinnie 🦮 didn’t bother getting out of bed. Think I broke him yesterday 🤪

Weekend Long Run. Very mild and dry. 14m at a very steady pace, picked it up a little bit for last 3m.

Swittle: How wonderful that your Mum has art at YSP. You must be very proud. Do you have any photos ?

Blizzard: the mild weather lifts spirits and pace too. Well run :)

Let me explain: my parents used to visit YSP into their late 70s and watched it develop its current identity. When my Mum died in 2018, my sister & I agreed the Park would be a fitting place for her ashes. There are so many fine trees there: we chose this one.
