Nice gentle run/walk with a mate. Very misty and still slippery with sheets of ice underfoot.

4m trot. Mild and dry this morning with grey skies. Legs heavy, don't know why.

Ran down Green Lane Horbury and past Horbury Signal Box, then under M1 motorway. Blew the cobwebs away.

^ Hope the Lurgee has gone for good ElD.

Much milder now. When I lived in Calder Grove, I'd often run through the enclosed bridge to take a tour around Horbury. :)

Last night, mild, breezy, drying under foot. Rather went over my 40 min. target. Tide well out, lads playing footie in leisure centre car park - and two Shar Pei dogs, one after another, to greet and avoid upsetting.

Excellent run with a lovely friend. Just 5k but nice to be out with no ice or snow.

7m at a brisk (for me) pace. Blue skies and mild temp, almost springlike. I seem to have the spring back in my legs too. Just laps of the park, but lots of people with smiling faces; what a difference sunshine makes.

^ I use that tunnel myself Swittle. It's handy for me when I go to the Yorks Sculpture park at Bretton.

Early start this morning. Cold wind, but dry. 4m trot then back for breakfast.

Jono.
Caught up on my sleep last night a massive 8 hours, good 10k run this morning. Started in drizzle, which passed to heavy rain.

Thoroughly enjoyed it.
