I'm week 5 into learning how to run and did today's session twice as I was so close to a 50 mile run month and wanted the badge! it felt really great! it was cold but not horrific and there was nothing wet or windy and the sun was glorious, looking out now it's snowing pretty heavily! lucky escape!

The beach was fine, even though there was much flotsam from last week's high tide. Shy of 5 miles. Blizzard: thank you. Great to hear that a place where I spent many happy hours has found a valuable function.

Blizzard Feb 2021 1:03pm, 2 Feb 2021 58 posts	0 Blizzard Snow overnight and this morning. Now using 'Yaktrax Pro.' grips on the soles of my trainers. They gave me lots of confidence running on the snow and slush. Ran 3m through the park; a winter wonderland. It was lovely to see the children on their sledges enjoying themselves.
