Eynsham Red Mar 2016 6:51pm, 13 Mar 2016 728 posts	0 Eynsham Red Lovely early evening run into the sunset. Had to cut the run short by about half a mile to return home desperate for a p**! I've never had that problem in thirty years of running!

It was about -11 yesterday when I did my longrun but much colder because of an Arctic breeze today when I put in 45 minutes. Ridiculously hilly here as well. I always feel if I can run in Nuuk, I can run anywhere.
