We're debating over whether it's right to have our usual club run on tues due to the extreme temperatures forecast.
Or to at least mitigate to a woodland route or perhaps go later.
Because obviously we have a duty of care to the runners who attend.
Interested to hear what other clubs are doing please

I'll take that as a no then.
Which is a bit incredible.

My club has one of its annual races on Tuesday evening. Forecast is 20degC so there should be no need for a change of plan.

I've seen that the running club based at Derby Runner has cancelled their Monday run. My running club have cancelled their speed session on Tuesday and also cancelled the long run today.

Lake District is not in the Met Office Red warning area I think v'rap.
Forecast here for Tues evening at 7pm is 34C (apparently feels like 37C).

Not heard yet but I would expect my club to cancel training on Monday and Tuesday, possibly replacing with a social run in a shady area on Tuesday. We are in the red zone with forecasts of 38 and 35 in the day.
I am sure clubs wouldn't run sessions if there were a red warning for snow or high winds and I see no reason why this should be different.
