Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I did some at the gym as my post-weights stretches. I think I was pulling some faces when I was using the roller on my tender calves.

Did my exercises this morning and had a treatment this afternoon. I have new exercises to do and need to do them religiously every day to try to persuade this disc to slip back into the right place in my neck!

Just got my rehab exercises through after falling and straining my foot/ankle! Quite upset initially to see no running until week 5 and that I can't progress to the next week until I can do the first week comfortably so I think that will make sure I get the daily exercises done!! Pleased that I can nearly do the first one tho.

Yes, I had dropped the ankle strengthening exercises as I thought that running would be enough on its own. This is not the case and I have to do the strengthening stuff as well.

My exercises dropped from daily to three to five times per week and oddly that seems to have made it harder - I think a combination of a significant drop off in enthusiasm, a lack of daily routine and a nasty cold meant I kept thinking "ah I'll do them tomorrow/only do them four/three/two...times per week" trying to stick with it though, I get new ones next week.

It is hard to stick to ejc, I find doing them in the morning best, en they are over and done with and if I feel like it I do a few more in the evening but don't have to ..
I am motivated at the moment though, my fizz says if I do them the disc in my neck will go back in properly and that is great motivation!
