Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Crumbs. Hope it eases quickly with regular stretching? That was what I found with my ITB, that with twice daily rolling the pain eased quickly (within a few days).

Today I move onto dynamic weight-bearing movements, hurrah...

Have done mine. One of them is too tricky to do properly, though.

Have been doing my exercises nearly every day but I'm starting to think it isn't working. Knee has not got any better and in fact is worse today :-(

I'll carry on doing the exercises but I'll need to talk things through with physio. It's been over 2 months now so I think I need a new approach. Not sure what that will be though...

Aw ((LN)) that is tough when you don't feel there has been progress, I hope the physio can help, or perhaps see someone else?
I saw someone new yesterday and he had a different approach and found stuff that my previous physio didn't .. I have new exercises that I am just about to do for the first time, and am commiting to do them every day ..

yes maybe get a second opinion - ive seen several people about my shoulder in the last 3 years & this latest lady has fixed me in 2 sessions!!! basically every muscle feeding into my shoulder was locked up & with daily stretches & 2 sessions of agonising manipulation she has loosened it out :) :) :) ive havent moved this freely for years!!

am definetly gonna keep up with the flexibility work so prevent it tightening back up - i cant believe ive paid all these different people over the years that have given me this & that exercises that were useless, caused me to more or less give up my fitness career to go back to office work & it was as simple as tightness boohoo!!

A 1/2 hour session of yoga which covers most of it. Inner thigh muscles a bit tight. Yoga instructor said the cold weather is probably causing it.

I have fallen off the wagon :-(

Knee was feeling really odd on Friday/Saturday and then just cba on Sunday. Still sore yesterday but I did all my foam rollering and half the exercises as a way of easing back into it. I'll aim to get them all done today.
