Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Any recommendations on a good YouTube video for knee strengthening exercises.

Not too long or too difficult please.

Thank you.

Any more suggestions?

The above exercises look good but maybe a bit advanced for me, 60s wall sits are too hard.

Here's a couple of videos from the yoga people I tend to use

and a yoga flow that integrates some of the above exercises:

It might not be specific to your query but having rehabbed Runner's Knee recently I found Kofuzi's take very useful (I have since pulled a calf, that's a different story ~rolls eyes~).

I've been doing exercises from this routine two or three times a week and it's made a big difference:

Being a little older than you, I would suggest the greatest care when using videos created by young-ish people. I saw a physio for runner's knee a couple of months ago; she had no issue with my belief that squats and lunges were doing more harm than good (which is why I had dropped them). She prescribed massage of the quads and an exercise I won't attempt to describe. It has helped greatly.

Got something to say?
