Just to avoid confusion, is it % working heart rate or % of max heart rate?

Always max on this thread fenners. I know there are arguments for working HR in other training methods, all valid, but it's max with Hadd.
You onboard?

I'll add that if anyone's talking about the "5km pace plus 3min" rule of thumb, then it means current 5km pace, not lifetime PB 5km pace.

I hate this thread. I had dusted off my P&D for a spring marathon, uploaded the 55m plan on Fetch, mentally prepared myself for long LT and PMP runs. Now I'm thinking Hadd instead. Arghhggg. I need someone to make a decision for me!

Can we have a list of those Hadd'ing it over the Winter then?
There's DavieC (already started) Fenners - pre boarding stage - when's take off, December? Boab - are you back on it? Teknik & PtB - Are you involved this winter? Daz and Dill - both tempted!
Me - I'm committed to getting on it by mid December. Stuart? Or are you more Lidyard training?
Anyone I've missed? It'd be great if a few of us could get a little winter Hadd-chat going to help keep us stick with it and support each other - post up some weekly stats, etc.
