Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

training readiness was low this morning and no better after a little walk
"high stress and poor sleep has drained your battery, unbalanced hrv may indicate excessive fatigue"
-hrv dropped like a stone last night -

so it's suggestion was 18 minutes at threshold hr. in theory it should know that I only just managed 3 x 6 mins on Saturday.

It's trying to break me again

Productive, training load optimal, HRV balanced, Rest day.

It'll hopefully catch up with "normal training" and start being a bit more helpful but at the moment it just looks daft. Looks like I didn't get the 225Music (Homicidal edition) though @Velociraptor . ;-)

I think I've mentioned my tag #mywatchistryingtokillme before on here. Tempo run three days after a marathon? Great idea!

I got a begrudging, "You had a restful day and did some exercise," yesterday and the sprints are back on the menu for today, only faster.

I wonder if I should tell my watch I have a 100km race in a couple of weeks?

Go on, Badger, and report back :)

I haven't told mine about Dartmoor Discovery. There doesn't seem any point since what I need mostly is to train hills and mental resilience, and I've never known it to acknowledge either of these as being A Thing.

About This Thread

Maintained by EvilPixie
According to my Garmin this morning my body battery was at just 41 and I was "strained"
I have been strained for most days in the last 2 weeks
My body battery has also been low

So today it suggested a threshold run of up to an hour!

What's your Garmin say?
