Mine says I need to reduce BMI. (Yeah....I know Garmin!) I'm currently 55.5/66. It seems to go up quite significantly if I've not gone for a run. I aged 4 years while on holiday last summer and spent the two weeks chilling out.

My Garmin seems to think that getting away from the British winter is good for my health.

It gave me back a VO2max point after my run today too.

I should have guessed that the HRV trace above was just a step on the way to declaring my HRV to be Unbalanced because it's too high.

Having had the new watch (a 255 music) for 2 weeks today I've finally built up my chronic load (awful terminology!) enough that today I'm productive instead of overreaching. YAY!

Unfortunately I'm also showing a very low overnight recharge of my body battery, so it's recommending a rest day.

I'm very conscious that when my body battery hits zero I'm dead (;-)) so I've been for a swim this morning and I'm going to knock out a 12k tempo row this evening.

It's been nice knowing you all.

Nellers, I predict that at some point today your watch will buzz to tell you that your restful day has shortened your recovery time 😀

About This Thread

Maintained by EvilPixie
According to my Garmin this morning my body battery was at just 41 and I was "strained"
I have been strained for most days in the last 2 weeks
My body battery has also been low

So today it suggested a threshold run of up to an hour!

What's your Garmin say?
