Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Thank you (although I prefer Gobi’s answer). Have just found out how to pause it. There won’t be any training for a while.

Press and hold middle left button. Then Pause Training Status will come up.

I did this on my 245 when training status was more silly and more likely to say unproductive. I do like to see the training load stuff on the 255 so kept it on here.

Sigh
I've just come out of a long period of "strained" and have gone back to "maintaining" - still feel tired though.

Today's training status says: "Listen to your body". My body isn't doing the talking though, it's all the crap in my mind....

I got a Productive for a few days but I've gone back to Maintaining today. I've also been awarded a training load of 19 for 80 minutes of back seat cycling.

Can’t remember the last time I had a productive. I’m quite happy with it saying I’m maintaining though 😁.

Velociraptor No, blood clots are taking up valuable real estate in my lungs.

But on the positive side, I’ve just learned how to tag a user and hospital WiFi is so much better now than when last in in 2005.

Sorry to hear that, ascoey :( I hope you make a full and swift recovery.

Hospital WiFi is indeed much better, and things have certainly moved on from the days when we weren't allowed mobile phones on the wards in case they interfered with medical equipment.

About This Thread

Maintained by EvilPixie
According to my Garmin this morning my body battery was at just 41 and I was "strained"
I have been strained for most days in the last 2 weeks
My body battery has also been low

So today it suggested a threshold run of up to an hour!

What's your Garmin say?
