Well it's interesting that my walks are giving VO2 Max as I'm nowhere near 70% max.

My volume hasn't changed too much over the last couple of weeks, but I've needed slightly fewer walk breaks than previously (which I naively thought would be a sign that my VO2 was improving, not getting worse).🤷
It seems my Garmin may be telling me to run less, walk more...

advice required please. i have a forerunner 55. every time i go for a run i press the start button and while it waits for gps, it gives me a "helpful" suggestion as to what activity i should do. How do i turn this feature off? i've gone through every feature option i could find on the app - is it possible to turn this off or an i stuck with it?

thanks in advance.

It can be turned off as I have it off. I think when it comes up a long press on the middle button will bring up a menu or maybe a scroll down.

I found the torch feature on my fenix 7 came in very handy last night when I got caught out by sunset and an extended run.. plenty bright enough to run by in an emergency 🥰🥰
