I downloaded the RW Marathon Schedule onto my PC a couple of weeks ago but am struggling to transfer it onto my Garmin. Anyone know how to do it or how to access it on my Garmin?
tried to download the schedule straight from RW but the RW website is having none of it.

Steve - Unless I'm wrong...
I think you need to open the Training Center software and then select File > Import > Workouts. Locate the file you downloaded from the RW site (it should have a wkt extension). The workouts should then appear in the calender where you can move them about if required.
To get them onto your Garmin select File > Send to Device. Note that it sends everything such as any courses you may have saved in the TC software as well and not just your workouts.
To access them on the Garmin go to the Training menu > Workouts > Advanced. You can the view them under Today's for the current workout or By Date to view them all.

Thanks Phil...... there is a file in a folder that looks like the RW schedule, Training Centre doesn;t seemto recognise it.

Ahh right! CSelected wkt file and found it - all the dates are wrong (it has London Marathon as race day, but I want it set for 25/5 as race day) - shouldn't be too hard to solve?

EvilPixie, there seems to be some concensus that Garmins tend to screw up when they become 'full' of runs. Suggest you start by deleting some of the older ones (there is a keep one month option). I am more ruthless and delete the whole history fairly regularly now. Not sure why this should cause your sports traker software to complain but I've heard of dafter reasons for software to complain.

OK - so i;'[ve downloaded my RW schedule having put a race date of 25/05/2008 in the window, but Training Centre still sets it up with 25th April as my marathon day. I got round this by selecting the date as 25th June 2008. BUT, my schedule starts on Wednesday?!?!? Anyone else had these problems?

Yes! I kept getting given the wrong dates, off by a month, as well! Just gave up in the end.

Is it because the program is for 16 weeks and there is now slightly less than that to the 25th May ?

No idea about the date thing. I don't think it condenses the 16 week program (as it actually back dates runs, to fit 16 weeks).
I set it up for marathons in April and October. The 1st was out by a month and the 2nd was bang on!?!
As with 26.2 Steve, I simply changed the 1st date to May.
