Escaped from the work computer early, cashing in my overtime from yesterday evening's webinar I presented :grin: This marks the end of a 2 week stretch of topsy-turvy schedule, October looks quieter and that suits me! What: intervals of some sort Why: haven't done that yet this week and they're good for me Last hard: Tuesday, or last Friday's short 10K. What: 6.5 minutes, 3 minutes, 3.5 minutes, with short walk between. Why: trying to build the long run! Really was like running through treacle. Happy to be running though, such as it is!
