Lyrics: Not today. I knew yesterday's because I was taught the song at primary school.

What: 90 minutes easy, maybe more if I fancy it once I'm out. And some gardening if the weather holds.
Why: The recent weather has suited the weeds very well.
Last hard: Wednesday.

Weather seems to be bucking its act up. Hopefully it's the same wherever you are.

What: 5-6 miles, easy - it's Friday after all..
Last hard: Track session last night - that wind was brutal on the back straight
Last rest: Saturday.

what - an hour of Pilates, how is something that looks so innocuous so hard?
was stretchy stretchy and some balance work today - apparently mine is very good 'for my age' lol!

the garden is not quite under water, but too wet to do anything, so will be a decluttering indoors sort of day, with half an hour or so on the elliptical.
