Aldi sell almond butter too. I don’t have breakfast but a teaspoon with my morning coffee is nice.

Lizzie. It is a challenge not to get disheartened but as GM finds, sometimes there'll be a shift all of a sudden.
I'm not expecting any loss on Monday, my official weigh-in day. I've had more carbs yesterday and today than I've had for weeks. I don't really know why. I did fancy and enjoy a HCB this afternoon but I think I've just got a bit tired of cauli-rice

It wears a bit thin, doesn't it. We've just had our Friday night homemade pizza. Mr GM has cut the amount of dough he serves up but it's still carb-heavy. Once a week can't be too damaging though.
