Argh another started a post a while ago and didn’t finish it, by which time I had a x-post with LD. sorry to hear about your OH hope he gets some answers soon.
I think most of us are comfort eaters we go to something that makes us feel better. For me it’s a glass of wine in some ways it restricts comfort until evening but I’m mindful of not drinking to relieve stress and comfort. But I will always want something comforting when the chips are down.
It’s important to be kind to yourself to have strength to deal with life at these times. Take care

Back to tracking calories and despite having crisps and wine today I’m only at 1605 and I also burnt off 562 in exercise so I can stop stressing I thing.

[Thanks everyone. I shouldn't have hijacked the thread. Something happened which *could* be a warning sign for Parkinsons some years ahead but as it's not something that can be prevented I should just park it under 'future worries that may come to nothing.]

It affects how you’re feeling and resilience LD no hacking occurring. We’re all here to support each other on our journey to lose weight (& other such stuff)
