I don't know which thread I got the recipe from, but I've just made a protein mug cake and it was edible, substantial and a quick, low-carb, low-cal sweet fix (about 120 cals) 30g protein powder 2g baking powder Mix with enough water to make a batter Microwave for a minute.
It was rising quickly so I had to keep pausing the microwave so it didn't overflow an I used a bigger than average mug. It wasn't delicious in the same way as apple crumble and custard or gateau, but was surprisingly light and puddingy.

I've dropped a pound, maybe fractionally more (the dial is marked in 2lb increments) which puts me into the final half stone to my target. I'm just glad to have moved down at all!

Good Losses GM and LD well done.
I am only weighing once a month have taken the measurements also gone back to 16:8 will weigh in on the 20th March and see a difference.
My husband who is disabled and in wheelchair so does not move much has dropped 6lbs in 2 days he is on 1000 cals a day but due to illness split into 4 smaller meals.
