Well done RH, keep going Moo you have had some great results lately
I have stayed quite consistent this year playing with a lb, today is weigh in for end of the month I thought I had lost 1/2 but turns out it’s a 1/2 on. That is enough for me to say sort yourself out. I think maybe got a bit complacent as I am pretty happy where I am but I know it can easily reverse so I’m going to attempt to get 1.5 off next month.
We had an amazing tea last night from Pinch of Nom it was crying tiger beef crying as it is spicy the beef was simply pan fried (minimal oil) but the salsa with it was so zingy and fresh (tomatoes, garlic, chilli, coriander, fish sauce, lime juice, sugar) did it with wok fried greens and new potatoes. Def one to keep in the favourite list.

It'll come off again, Moo xx Well done, Rosehip. It has always puzzled me why it takes so long to lose those pounds when you can pile them on so quickly. Forgot to come on and post that I lost a pound this week. Trying to lose a few more to get to the bottom of my SW target range.

Good loss for you SW. Commiserations to Lizzie - it's frustrating when this happens, but stick with it as it might just be a bit of a delay and it be off tomorrow, with a bit more too. It'll soon be off again, MM and GG.

To be honest Lizzie I think weight gain or loss should have those 'confidence intervals' you see on pandemic graphs! A lb up or down, or staying the same, can depend on a few factors like time of the month if you're pre-menopausal, how much fluid you're retaining (or dehydrated you are.) The cumulative direction of travel is the thing I reckon.

A 3 week rolling average is probably the most honest picture of weight loss/gain.

I weigh every day and take the week's rolling average for Friday - usually Friday-Friday the average is the same as the actual change, except when mum and I have had fish and chips for lunch on Thursday.
