The pattern I've noted is that my weight typically drops on a Tuesday, stays the same for a few days, increases on Saturday (after Friday night pizza) and drops back down on Sunday ready for Monday weigh in. I know the Saturday increase is carb-related and the Tuesday drop follows long run day. There is little change from Tuesday to Friday.

Morning peeps!!

New month to make goals and progress.

Half off for me, not the greatest, but a loss none the less and get's March off to a positive start.

My goal for this month is to pay more attention to what I am eating as well as how much. Having a few digestive issues recently so hoping I can join the dots and avoid whatever is causing the issues.

Morning.
Another loss, IT, and you are running long distances so you need fuel. You’re doing well.

2.4lb off and a total loss of 20.6lb in 8 weeks. The BSD book says you can lose 2 stones in 8 weeks. I’ve never managed that!

Well done, GM and IT :)
I firmly believe that losing weight more slowly is the best way (which is nothing to do with the fact that I've never managed to lose it quickly, of course ;) ).

Well done everyone!

I've list a couple of pounds so am within touching distance of my arbitrary target of 9st 2. I think I could still usefully drop a pound or two beyond that so am resetting my target to 9st. Then if I fluctuate a couple of pounds I'll still be doing well.

GM mentions in her blog that her father hasn't noticed her weight loss. OH, who has always been very careful with his own weight, has made no comment whatsoever about my loss even though I feel sure there is a visible difference. I find that a bit disappointing 😕

You have done so well, LD. Everyone knows how hard it is to lose the last few lbs and you are doing it week on week.
Give your OH a hard punch, LD - I would be really disappointed if MrGM didn't comment on my weight loss after knowing how hard it is.

Me too, LD. Sorry for not keeping up but how much have you lost in total now?

I get that LD, OH never comments on my loss either.

I am with Lizzie, still clinging on here. Would like to shift half a stone this month
