True, I think @Velociraptor @Ness and @Mrs Jigs (Luverlylegs) may have all mentioned making an appearance at parkrun too. Sigh was definitely just coming to the track, not sure on the others.

I expect to be at parkrun and the café  And I wonder if I still have the ability to get a 5 year old bouncing off the walls then walk away without a thought to what I'm leaving their parents to deal with.

I'm doing parkrun, and all the track things, and the Tamworth 10k on the Sunday. So that will need a lot of cake at the cafe.

Dogs are not allowed at the track, but there's a large car park with lots of grass around (though not sure I would feel happy leaving my dog in a vehicle as you cannot see you car park from the track) 🤔
