The Mighty Fleecy
Possibly something hideously poisonous, having worked in a lab in the 1990s health and safety was not as good as it was later...

Do you have a local buy and sell page on FB Fleecy? Often a good starting point for selling stuff.

Raptors Claws are coming to town
That would fit in nicely with the little collection of artefacts in my loft, Rosehip!

(They're not all in the loft. I have a box of Bakelite ring pessaries in my kitchen.)

Rosehip
- it's litmus :)

(I have a collection of old glassware including a B9 distillation set with the tiniest pear-shaped flask and mini vigreux condenser - which used to live on the loo windowsill)

How cute :)
I might ask my declutterer for the best place to get rid of it. My friend recommended an app for local selling but I’ve forgotten what it’s called. It might be best to wait till January to get rid of it anyway because people will be in the exercise bike mood!

I met up with friends at the weekend chat turned to decorating, plans to turn garage into a workout zone and the devastation I’ve caused upstairs to declutter but not having time or mental capacity to tackle it and the sentimental issue when someone you love bought said things for you. One friend said she’s adopted it if doesn’t bring me joy it goes. I like the sound of that but still need to get this crap sorted.

Massive family time coming over Xmas but I think I’m going to need some time to clear first room and prep it for decorating and feel I’ve got a plan in hand.

4.5 more work days and I am going to tackle this it’s going to be painful we have too much in this house that we never even see let alone use and I want it out. Help me be strong please!!!

If you can ask someone to help you it’s much easier, GG. That’s why I pay someone to help me, because it forces me to have a regular slot every 6 months and 2 of us working is 8 hours labour, plus she takes the stuff away. I don’t really need an expert because I don’t have a problem chucking most stuff away but it’s good to have someone keep you focused and clean up as you go along. So it will be much easier if you can get help, and if you have lots of charity stuff you could even arrange a pick up to get the stuff out of the house.

".... This month, each of you must get rid of one thing on the first day. On the second, two things. Three items on the third. So forth, and so on. Anything can go! Clothes, furniture, electronics, tools, decorations, etc. Donate, sell, or trash. Whatever you do, each material possession must be out of your house—and out of your life—by midnight each day."
