Thats great weight loss SW - whatever you're doing seems to be working. 2 days a week is still good - its pretty much all I'm managing at the moment :-)

Can you do something not as hard on the knees on another day? I'm very much enjoying body balance at the moment - sort of hybrid yoga pilates thing.

Slimming world is great if you throw yourself fully at it... I am hitting reset from tomorrow as I felt better when eating correctly

Treacle - the VitaminD is a good shout - I have been on it now for about a year after last winter feeling like I do this week for I am sure alot longer... I also have the flu jab every year now

I do have to say I think most of my issues are around the menopause. I adamantly do not want to go through HRT so what I need to do is recognise the things that make me feel better and get on with setting them back in place.

Since not streaking I have felt worse - so that tells you something! I am looking on this period as a 2 week rest.. however I need to get back out and at it :-)

Can empathise with feeling menopausal, FRU. I'm through that now, thank goodness, but I reckon it took about 8 years for me. Exercise really does help, as does eating healthily, of course. I always took Menopace multivits too. You might need an iron supplement, FRU? Have you had your levels checked recently?
Do rest if your body's telling you too. I made the mistake of trying to carry on regardless several times and just made myself feel worse.

I’m like a maracca lol! Been on iron for years as I have tablet controlled colitus which I have had for years and years.. i’ve been checked so many times in the last couple of years I think it literally comes down to the menopause and spells when i dont eat well and how my body copes with that

Properly wonky!

What I do know is that being out running and being active and eating well really helps
