You do increasing numbers each day with minute rests between so Monday was 13, 16, 13, 9 then min of 13 (I did 16). Today was 13, 16, 19, 19 then min of 16 (I did 22). I do them while ironing so do a set, iron a couple of sleeves, do another set etc

Sounds great NSC! May have a look at that one for next year:-)
That is a lot of squats DT!
Feeling much better after a Body Balance class (yoga/pilates) last night. Always stretches me out nicely. Running home tonight.

There’s a big step up in week 3 or 4 where there are suddenly 5 or 6 sets plus a much bigger number - last time it was a big shock

Hello lovely people, been keeping an eye on the thread, some great CAN stuff happening😀
FRU, I get the exhaustion thing too, not sure if it is related to chronic condition, I have Lupus, but was also diagnosed with Lyme disease a few months ago, or maybe age🙈 Doesn't stop me trying though🤪
DT, wow..well done with all those squats, stuff of nightmares😂
I am still in early days of knee rehab but physio has given me a programme of very basic exercise that I can do in the gym and I even managed a short swim (of sorts) in the week. I CAN do this, feels good "walking" without crutches🙂

Great stuff going on Canners.. love it!
We landed back from his nibs birthday break, had a fabulous time in my home county of Suffolk.. Southwold, Aldeburgh (no fish and chips too cold!) and Felixstowe.. had a ball, all the wheels fell off and some big sleeps and cozy hotel room evenings with vino. Just the ticket
Really enjoyed the mental escape as a few things getting to me at the moment work wise
Had a couple of good runs on the beach and took a whole heap of winter shots on the iphone! Lol.. i could really bore you all with those!
Set up some Feb goals that kick in tomorrow.. not today as we are having father/son birthday celebrations and we are shattered!
1 - no alcohol for 21 days (fakey allowed) 2 - swim 140 lengths a week 3 - run a min of a mile a day (keep streak 3 alive) 4 - now I found me again on our holiday, keep me! Try and find ways to move the continual negative stressy work people out of my mind so I can stay in a positive place.. need lots of help with this! 5 - eat well
Great news on the rehab Welshlady! I am not great at doing my arm stretches but appreciate we need to listen to those in the know on that!
Tup I cant stop thinking about how much ironing you will be doing over your challenge!! Lol! Great idea though!

🙂 Tup!
Day one of Feb challenge has gone well.. although I feel like I’ve got the start of a cold! Typically!
Made the gym and tested out a circular route to see if it could become part of the weekends plans... sadly it was only 4 miles, I had thought it was 5.. dont you hate that when your a mile short! Then went on a mega swim to see how I get on over 50 lengths
Managed 60 whoop!
Not bad for me with my wonky shoulder and only able to do breast stroke
Day 8 of streak 3
Happy Sunday all Xx
