Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Tired too tonight... i have suffered from exhaustion for a few years now, always kicks in when I try and change my diet and up my exercise

Feel it around the eyes and just want to sleep, struggle to concentrate and get really internally irritated with people

Menopause? Diabetic? Lord alone knows.. I am hopeful by ignoring it and just moving slowly forwards with new habits this will dimish

The weeks going well,
Half a pound loss
One early morning challenge done
100 swim lengths
Run 3.5 miles so far
Physio stretches in progress

So that’s all a TICK

Getting the ticks in now as just like someone else I know me and the fella are off tomorrow on a proper out out.. his birthday and we are off on a winter seaside hideaway in deepest Suffolk, cannot wait!!! One of our first dates was in the town we are going to, very special to us both...

Hope your weeks are going well as Modom Catona once famously said

“Bloody freeZin init!”

Bloody freezing indeed
Hardy the hotty had been deployed ;)

Great Canning FRU and good work on the early one, fab pics :)
Enjoy Lord W's birthday

Sounds like you had a great weekend Treacle, and have you avoided the snow?

How were your runs at the weekend Sarah?
And more importantly how was the cake

We had a lovely weekend living it up in Leeds
But back to it now, early run with C this morning and planning logistics for this weekends race medalporkpiepint :)

I’ve just started doing the 200 squat challenge. I did the initial test last week but started yesterday. It is a very long time since my legs have hurt as much as they do now :-O

I did it years ago when I was ‘hill-fit’. The secret is not to do too many in the initial test, which I forgot. I think I’ve bitten off rather a lot to start with

Ouch DT - squats really are the thing most likely to make your legs sore arent they!

I hear you on the exhaustion FRU - I've been the same over the last few days, and generally on and off. My run was a bit of a struggle last night - but I did it (and it didn't snow) :-) Sounds like your week is going really well!

What race are you doing this weekend NSC?

Joining in the yawning ;)

Race is the Pie and Pint at Pateley Bridge Treacle, a 5 mile loop and you can race different distances. Did it last year in the snow :)
This year there's a gang of us from work, all sensibly doing the minimum to earn our pork pie, bottle of beer and homemade cake before going for brunch lol!

Hello folks!
I did both runs at the weekend, coachie, and one last night too :) I'm enjoying it SO much!
Had a great birthday too, thank you.
That squat challenge sounds really tough, DT. I am impressed.
