Wondering whether the bubble is going to burst shortly and to wait for a flooded market of 2nd hand, or whether that’s wishful thinking?

Whilst we have the supply / demand challenges ongoing coupled with chip shortages, I’m not sure the professional builds / coach built market bubble will burst any time soon.

Pros and cons for each and prices gone up to more than I was hoping to pay.
