I had a bash today - 39:27. I'm glad it's under 40 minutes, considering I've not tried to cover the distance for many months, but it's a long way from the 31 minutes I used to run frequently! Something to work towards.

Lip Gloss, just enjoy the ride. I remember when I ran my PB of 22:23 I was slightly disappointed it wasnt a second faster but wasnt aware then that I wouldn't get anywhere near it since. My most memorable parkruns were ones running with friends, however slow. I look forward to that coming back one day

Just catching up nice running everyone in some interesting conditions. Great beard TBR. First Faky in a while. 19:01 for a 5k in the middle(ish) of a 9.8 mile run. Ran on my A57 course not the prettiest of routes but a good path not usually very busy. Out and back course so a handbrake turn at halfway.
Hope everyone enjoys their run this week.

Brilliant, well done riggys!
Fake parkrun done in 28:00. Same local route as per the last few weeks rather than an actual parkrun course. Did a warm-up, which got me a 13s improvement on last week; may have been more had I not already run 15 miles in the last 3 days!

Did mine today. Poor forecast for tomorrow (why is it always bad at the weekends) but had to completely revise the route due to recent rain; I didn't want to get my new trainers wet....
