28.40 for my fake parkrun this morning. I set of at 6 a.m.
Crikey, I had to be careful, it was pitch black. The streetlights didn’t come on till 6.15. I mainly ran in the road as the pavements round our way aren’t in the best condition & I didn’t want to take a tumble.

I hope everyone has an enjoyable run 🏃🏼‍♀️ today.
