Foggy fakey this morning. Felt quicker going up the hill as I mixed up the training in the week.
I'll have a think about NYD Sigh, like the idea of a double such as Seaton pr followed by Exmouth pr depending on restrictions

Did mine yesterday and tried to improve on it today but missed by about 15 seconds. Thanks again for setting these up Sigh. my OH always runs with me on Fridays now. Her steady pace is a good approach.

Did a 5K Treasure Hunt with Mrs CW this morning, spent most of the time stationary photographing berries. Final time somewhere around 50 minutes!

If I calculated correctly, today was my 25th (not)parkrun. I’m getting slower. I’m also getting heavier. Coincidence? I think not.

Not by much but just seen today is my fastest non parkrun since July...maybe RtS is helping. Just need to get the speed up.

27.08 for my fake parkrun this morning. Gone are the glory days of getting round a parkrun course in 24 minutes. Never mind, such is life.

Yeah I’ll never get close to PB time but as long as I am happy to accept that it’s half the battle

28:13 yesterday, could have improved it had I done a warm-up first, but time didn't allow.
