But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks Sigh. I've foolishly signed up for the Virtual London. So my speedier 24 min Fakes have been put on hold. Bolting on slow fake plods to my LSR for time being. Nice to have the fake thread back.

Thanks sigh, I stopped watching the other thread but this will do nicely :-)

Poor effort today - 29.49 , due to the heat and the fact I havent been feel great for a couple of weeks but still edged a sub 30

No fakeparkrun for me today, haven't got the mental energy after a very stressful week. Should be back on it next Saturday though.

Thanks for setting this forum up Sigh.

25.55 at fake parkrun for me today. I dropped off badly. I ran my 3.11 miles into a howling gale & crikey, was it hot. It wasn't till I started plodding back home that I had the light bulb moment, "Why didn't I run my fake parkrun with the wind behind me."
I blame it on my age & the lead they used to put in the petrol.

I hope everyone had an enjoyable run today.
