Did my fake parkrun this morning on my Kiveton Woodlands course. 2 and bit laps on easy off road. Decided to go there rather than my quicker A57 route so if I decided not to do it because of the wind it would be a more pleasant easy run.
Managed 20:24 a course PB by around 30 seconds but about a minute slower than my fastest on A57 course . Wind was gusting and really affected my last k (4:20min per k)
