23:42 for me. I've found a fab course which is as flat as it gets around here - 70m ascent - and has some nice long straights. The only downsides are crossing two busy roads and a couple of sharp turns.

Did another run today, 2 minutes quicker than Friday. I actually think its quicker in the rain! Not the official fakey course for me though, that would have been impossible given the amount of rain there has been

Well done everyone Decided to do mine today on the pit 5k TT course as it hopefully reflects what I can expect on a 10k race in 2 weeks time. Parts of the course very wet and muddy after the weekends rain. Managed 20:24 that matched exactly my time from a couple of weeks ago (when I was slowed towards the end by the wind). Pace felt OK but just couldnt get the speed up.
