26.05 for my fake parkrun this lunchtime. I’ll post my time on Saturday morning.
I thought 💭 I’d better get my run 🏃🏼♂️ in today, as the weather forecast for the next three days is pretty diabolical. In fact, it might be a good idea if I shut myself in my workshop & started building an ark!

Good idea, I will go out for a run tonight. Especially dire forecast here in the South West

managed a fake parkrun on wednesday evening - after rain all day, the clouds lifted and the sun shone. Lovely. Plus I remembered my blue inhaler before running - 4 min faster than last week! Yay for ventolin. 31 minutes, so my fastest 5k for a long time (nice flat route and no wind, so pretty much a cheat).

I did a double this morning. My riverside route is just about 10k so I've declared it back-to-back parkruns. I just need to use Fetch whizzbottery to split the run in two.

Intervals this morning same session as two weeks ago giving a 5k time of 22:56 which was a bit quicker than two weeks ago. Proper fake parkrun next week and hopefully a 10k race the week after. Good luck everyone getting one in this weekend with the weather forecast

It appears that you can't log two on the same day.

Did a provisional tonight. I figured that my 'Summer' route would be waterlogged so I did my 'Winter' route. Got half way round and that was impassable. Still, 26:56 which is Ok but at least I got one in.

Having used run the sum last month to get back into running I managed 24:13 for fake parkrun this morning -fastest since my last real parkrun in March - pleased with that

Well done TR, brilliant!
31:31 for me today. Tired legs after 20,000 steps yesterday, without any running.
