Did a fakey this morning. Undertook a thorough pre race risk assessment and decided with the winds coming straight off the channel, the risk of sand being blown onto the prom was high, so opted for an alternative route which was very nice. Not the fastest, but who cares?

Fakey also done this morning..Running two 5k's a week as I increase my running after knee prob. Happy to see improvement at 33:06

31.36 on today’s fakey. Very windy but managed to avoid the rain which is now tipping down.

A second outing over the rolling trails of Bonnyfield fakeparkrun, and a new course best by over two minutes :-) And the highest recorded heartrate I've seen in many long day, of 190. fetcheveryone.com/routes-view.php?id=1819341

Silly me started my watch while I was warming up. I realised after about 30 seconds and got on with the job. Just over 24 minutes, but I probably could have got just under if I'd not been a silly sausage.
