Fakerun around the actual Hanley parkrun course, 31:38; took it easy as the day after a virtual 10k race. Lovely morning for running!

Fakey done. 36.04, first run post Virtual Marathon. So a steady pace and glad not to have any twinges. And it was dry, sunny & no gales. Unlike last Sunday. Typical.

27.11 for my fake parkrun. I'll post my time tomorrow.
It is rather nice on the South Coast again today. Just a light breeze & bright sunshine.

24:33 along Exmouth parkrun course this morning. I love doing that run, flat as anything but each time there is something different. Today it was running into the Sun. Just glad to be out really.
