Yesterday's fakey was only a second out from today's Doctor K. Almost a groundhog.

35:22 for me today, much better than last week's almost 45 mins. The sore ribs are definitely on the mend. It was very drizzly, but not unpleasant to run in.

Sigh
Ran the Wammy parkrun course this morning, in 30:01. Sped up towards the end to try and sneak it under 30 mins but left it slightly too late. However, very happy with that after running 10 miles yesterday. Also saw my friend Wendy out on the course and she waited for me at the end which was lovely.
As we parted she said, 'meeting you has made my day'. Lovely lady.

That's a familiar face to me Sigh. I didn't know her name but have had the pleasure of speaking to her at both The Wammy & Isobel Trail parkruns whilst touristing. Yes, a lovely lady.

I did recognise a couple of faces running along Exmouth seafront. Even at 8:30 theres a few who want to keep to the same routine.
