I’ve done quite a few on days other than Saturday and keep forgetting to log them in the race portfolio. Need to get on with that, along with everything else!

Sigh
beebop, if you add the fakes to your race portfolio, I think it will then prompt you to update your finish time. If you have more than one for the week then pick your best time

25.55 for my fake parkrun this morning, I'll post my time tomorrow. It was lovely running round the village. Just a gentle breeze & believe it or not, the sun is shining down out of a cloudless blue sky.
I had to run today as I'm not sure if I can get out tomorrow. Grand parenting duties beckon & that's more tiring than running a marathon.

Ninth time at the Chacefield Wood fakeparkrun yesterday afternoon and a new course record by 1:23 . But my new Garmin measured in at 4.88 km After a re-remeasure on the map and detailed examination of the traces, I've concluded that the course is correct*. Phew!
*As correct as I can get without a measuring wheel anyway. I have looked them up online.

Another over 35min for me. Having to strengthen my quads before I can get going properly again. OH is the only reason I kept it below 37mins. Nice morning for it and glad to be running...

Started off on my fake run, had a bad headache within the first minute, turned around and went to bed. Hope I'm feeling up to it tomorrow

Managed sub-15 min miling this morning on my fakeparkrun, 44:48, but am actually quite pleased with that. (In my defence, I am recovering from a klutzy fall that damaged some rib muscles last week, and it's astonishing how much I use those muscles when running - all that breathing, and arm movements, etc.)

29:13 this morning, pleased with myself for the multitasking of dropping car off for the MOT and running home as the fake parkrun 😊
