26.14 for my fake parkrun this morning.

On a slightly different note, it's still unseasonably warm down here on the coast. We haven't had to switch the central heating on yet. I'm still running in shorts & a short sleeved running top. Long may it continue.

Dead slow ...but my runwalk fake parkrun was 2 minutes faster than last week. And 36.06 isn't thatbad for a 67 year old sprinter. ;-)

Beautiful run, foggy start then I ran up the hill above the fog into the Sun. Good to be out.
