Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Decided on another run this afternoon. Waited for the rain to stop. 5 minutes on it started again and became torrential.

30:27, surprised myself by creating a new 5k route from home. Considering I'm approaching 8 years' of running from this home, that's quite an achievement in itself!

Correction: done it twice before, in July & August 2018. Thanks to the Fetch data :-)

Slow run in Deverset this morning. Note to self: Hill reps the night before is not good preparation for a fakey. Oh well.

One second slower than last week. This week I had to contend with a bit of blustery wind and I tried a few short walk breaks to see whether they would help.

34:44 this week, best time since the beginning of September. More importantly, a pain-free run, very pleased with my left knee finally getting its act together.
