The races which last 100 or 150 laps are just dull, sorry. And the French bloke has just won the Kiren after his mate took out Jack Carlin so he could win the sprint too.

But tonight you had the unfortunate situation of people trying to count gaps using whatever cameras and clocks happened to be available, and work out if they had done enough to win...rather than just trying to cross the line first. When doing a handicap event it's much better to stagger the start, than to add a correction to the finish times. IMO.

SPR Aug 2022 9:25pm, 16 Aug 2022 37,943 posts	0 SPR I don't think the chasers should have an advantage though so them having to go out and set the pace themselves is fairer IMO especially as the person ahead has earned their lead. Don't disagree that it's probably better visually.
