I got up to 24 miles at the weekend. Same again this weekend. Depending on ankle. Bit bothersome yesterday. Rather annoying as it was fine on Saturday’s 24 & Sunday’s 6.

I will also be at Banchory but probably for the return. I will be at D33 halfway on Sat as well. I might even manage a pint in the Station on Sat evening before collapsing into bed.

Fenland Runner - from what I hear of your running, you'll do very well. Just don't get lost and have to add on any miles! Are you running unsupported?

Mrs S, you know you have the Le Monsieur Incroyable to assist you. Oh, and thanks for the chuckle - I probably won't beat 5:04 for 26.2 miles let alone 33. Target is to try to beat last year's 7:01 (thanks for nurse-maiding me through that)

... sorry Mrs S I deleted my first comment trying to be clever with my Spanish. I was saying that you know you have the stamina for the 100 miles, so best not to overload yourself with miles. Hats off to you for going for the big one, it was too much for me. Are you the only ever-present in for the 100?

No I'm not the only ever present, MikeR is doing it (and the D33) and Neil MacRitchie is doing the double stupid. I think Knoxy is doing D33. I met Neil at the Crathes parkrun and he's on good form.

M1nty - all things going well there will be ultra flapjacks for D33 HP point and maybe some for the D99 as well. I'm pretty sure I'm only allowed to marshal if I bring them

Just to be clear, is the double the D33 + the D99? The D99 that is the triple of the D33? So the double is the D33 + a triple D33. Isn't that a quadruple?
