I’m injured and on a long run on 13 miles. Start line looking doubtful.

Thanks for the numbers M1nty - looks like you were 10% slower to 26.2, I'll have a play about with numbers and paces.

Training going good, done some B2B weekends as longer term training for Fling, with a 25 & 15 last weekend.

Fenners you will be miles within the cut offs!

It's alright HappyG I'm feeling fine about it all. I don't want to do too many miles in training in case I break myself.

K5 Gus sounds like you'll do really well.

M_N - hope it's not as bad as it sounds and you make the start line

M1nty this could be a pb year for you I reckon.

I just hope the weather is like last Sunday, it was perfect.

Oh no Metro_Nome, that's terrible news.

Ive noticed you have been racking up the miles on the 700 in 2019 thread. What happened?

I’m not on that thread so you must be confusing me with somebody else! I strained my knee ligament a few weeks ago and though that’s healing up slowly and hasn’t stopped me running (albeit reduced mileage and speed), I now have a very painful foot- and that is stopping me running :( got physio on Friday but currently feeling very fed up

Mrs S, I've never been beyond 83-84 miles. This is going to be all new territory/experience.
