I'd expect front line staff to be regularly tested regardless of exposure or symptoms and then only isolate on a positive test. No idea what the actual plan is though..

I'm with simbil - now there's 200k testing capacity (it's true, I heard it!) ...
Wouldn't it be sensible (?) to test all front line staff dealing with covid patients to be on a weekly test schedule?
Is it true that a large number of staff tested positive in Weston, even though symptomless? Or was it just a flash story on the web that then sunk?

There is no plan to test staff routinely here. We are already 20% down with shielding staff.
Someone has to run the service. Especially now we are getting routine stuff back...up.to a point
