I have just this moment had a text from my surgery to book 2 in 1 vaccinations, called them, first available appointment 25 October! I will stick with appointment already made at the leisure centre.

Had booked my flu jab for today about a month ago, last week booked my covid booster for next Friday. When I got to the GP for the flu jab they were 'we've also got the covid jab if you need it'. Yes please! 2 for 1 done. Both arms feel sore, feel achy between the shoulder blades and feel very sleepy so off to bed.

I bought forward my covid jab to Monday morning, if I am not offered flu jab at the same time I shall pop up to the chemist for it.

It's just over 48hrs since I felt poorly enough to test and I'm feeling much better. Very strange, wonder if a false +ve of sorts?

Glad to hear you’re feeling better. There’s no law that says an infection has to last N days or it didn’t really happen, duration and severity can vary widely.

rhb when I had it my resting heart was 69 one day but it settled after a couple of days. I felt shattered though. Recovery was very much a good day then a bad day for maybe three weeks. Be careful

I had both jags last night and thankfully I wasn’t violently sick this time. Bit of a sore arm and a dull head which I will settle for.

Covid given out no questions asked if you say you are a carer.
